International Trainer Membership Program:
The Swedish Board Internation Trainer Membership Program is a professional Membership offer to trainers who have a wide knowledge of cultures and people. He/She is expected to be able to interact with trainees of different nationalities, races, religions, and languages. He/She must have the skills of communicating and building trust with their trainees. He/She is able to succeed in all the courses and training programs he/she is involved in. This membership also enables the trainer to perform their programs in different countries other than the country in which they live, and with at least one foreign language as well apart from their teaching language.
Membership Requirements:
The Swedish Board is the first training body to set a global definition for the international coach. In order to have the title of international
coach of the Swedish board, the coach must agree to the membership criteria:
1. At least one foreign language should be fluent in addition to its native language.
2 – Training in several sessions in which trainees of different nationalities participated.
3 – Holds a diploma of two years after the secondary level at least, and has a certificate in the preparation of professional trainers from a known and leading in this area.
4 – Full experience and knowledge on how to prepare training Packages professionally and quality standards (documented with certificates).
5. He/She are trained in countries other than his/her country of residence (additional advantage).
6. Has experience in training for at least five years.
7. Has to experience in training of at least 500 training hours.
